Delivery

 

All orders placed BEFORE 3.00pm will be shipped that day via the shipping method selected. Any orders placed after 3.00pm will be shipped the following working day.

PLEASE BE AWARE We DO NOT have weekend collections so any orders placed AFTER 3pm FRIDAY will not be shipped until MONDAY.

STANDARD SHIPPING: Up To 4 Working Days            

NEXT DAY SHIPPING: 1 Working Day

SATURDAY DELIVERY (NOMINATED DAY) 

We use ROYAL MAIL as our courier service for all STANDARD parcels and all orders are fully tracked and signed for. We use DPD for all NEXT DAY (Sun-Thu) and SATURDAY parcels. 

Our WORKING DAYS with ROYAL MAIL are based on Monday-Saturday, however Saturday delivery can only be 100% Guaranteed if the Saturday option (special delivery) is selected as the shipping method.

NEXT DAY SHIPPING

We ship all NEXT DAY parcels on orders placed Sun-Thu via DPD on a NEXT DAY guaranteed service. If you select NEXT DAY on a Friday these will be shipped via Royal Mail as Royal Mail do aim to deliver on Saturdays however this isn’t 100% guaranteed (please read NEXT DAY/SATURDAY INFO below for further information on this)

If you order on a SATURDAY/SUNDAY and select NEXT DAY this will not be shipped until the MONDAY to be delivered TUESDAY. We do not have Saturday/Sunday Collections. 

TRACKING YOUR ORDER: If you have provided us with an email address and mobile number you will receive an email confirmation and a text message alert from Royal Mail/DPD once the parcel is due to be delivered. These alerts will also provide tracking details for you’re parcel. Please double check your junk folder as the emails may drop into that folder. Royal Mail/DPD notify every single delivery as standard if the correct information is provided. 

If you have not received your delivery within 5/7 working days then please feel free to contact us via email. Please allow up to 7/10 working days for delivery to anywhere outside the UK. 

We will not be liable to you or be deemed to be in breach of the contract by reason of any delay in performing, or any failure to perform, any of its obligations in relation to the goods ordered by you if the delay or failure was due to any cause beyond our reasonable control such as a force majeure.

WE OFFER FREE DELIVERY ON ALL ORDERS £50 OR OVER – (THIS IS ON A STANDARD SHIPPING METHOD UPTO 4 WORKING DAYS) 

FREE SHIPPING OVER £50

If you select the FREE SHIPPING option over £50, this parcel will be placed on a STANDARD SHIPPING (2/3 DAYS) option.  If you do require the parcel quicker then please select an alternative shipping option.

SATURDAY DELIVERY

If you select NEXT DAY on a Friday before 3.00pm we will put this parcel on a 24 hour service, SATURDAY is classed as a working day with Royal Mail so the parcel may arrive SATURDAY, However this isn’t guaranteed. If you want to GUARANTEE this then please select the SATURDAY (NOMINATED DAY) option instead.

Returns

 

We guarantee to exchange or refund any item you are not completely happy with within 14 days of you receiving your order as per Trading Standards guidelines. Goods must be returned to us in the same condition as sold with tags intact.

Upon receipt of all returns we will send out confirmation emails. This email explains our refund procedure.

REFUNDS can take up to 14 WORKING DAYS from the day the confirmation email is sent. This is dependant on banking providers terms and how long they take to process transactions. Our working days are Monday to Saturday and not Sunday/bank holidays. We will always endeavour to have these actioned in the given timescales as above.  In the interests of hygiene we do not accept returns on pierced jewellery, underwear or swimwear if the hygiene seal has been removed, unless they are of unsatisfactory quality or unfit for purpose.

To return your item, please post it to our head office address, filling out the returns form with a small description of reason for return. We will not be held liable for items lost/damaged in transit and therefore strongly suggest that you obtain proof of posting. Post the items/s and returns form to:
